From the gridiron of Division I football to the prison yards of Solano State; and from the streets of homelessness to the halls of a Ph.D. program, my life has been one long lesson in resilience.
My Story
In 2021, my life collapsed. Another divorce, loss, and a two-year period of homelessness stripped me of my titles. I was no longer "The Counselor" or "The Athlete." I was just a man with a "Quiet Ache." In that silence, I found the truth. I finished my Ph.D. not to get a job, but to understand my own survival. I developed the "Identity Reset" methodology because I needed it to save my own life.
