Riding the Flow: Self-Audit Your Everchanging Life
Welcome back to Pure Awareness. Today, I'm exploring a core truth: the only constant in life is change β the "everchanging permanence." I've learned that resisting this flow leads to struggle. For me, it meant constantly putting others' needs before my own. But the answers to navigating this change, and understanding ourselves, lie within. It's about letting go of the past, like an exhaled breath, and committing to becoming our best selves. This requires self-inquiry, realizing deeply that "you matter" β both your significance and your physical being. We need to unlearn old conditioning and program in new, healthier responses. I'm also reflecting on my own difficulties asking for help and the importance of auditing our lives β honestly reviewing our "grades" in different life "semesters" to see where we've grown and where we're stuck. This audit, done with self-compassion, helps us align with life's ever-changing permanence and move towards our true purpose. Support, especially for men, is crucial on this journey, and I'm committed to fostering those resources. Ultimately, it's about accepting the present moment, knowing that everything can be okay when we are okay with everything.
